Returns or Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure you love your purchase from The Nicavana Project. We will happily accept returns or exchanges. All returns are refunded with the exception of the cost of shipping. A restocking fee will not be applied. If you wish to return your item, please contact us within seven (7) days of the day your item was received (all of our products are shipped with tracking information). All items purchased must be unused, tags still attached and item free of damage. All items must be fit for resale.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@thenicavanaproject.com  to arrange for a return, please e-mail us so that we may send you a pre-paid return label (United States only). Unfortunately we do not accept returns on international shipments. 

Once you’ve received your pre-paid return label, please place the item back in its original packing including the original invoice so that we may process your return or exchange. If we do not have your original invoice, we will not be able to accept your return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the date it is received (please check tracking number provided). The refund will be applied to the original method used in your transaction. If you are exchanging an item, please allow up to 7 business to process and additional time to ship. As shipping varies, we would estimate up-to 5 business days within the continental US.

Damaged Products

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@thenicavanaproject.com so that we may arrange for an exchange. Any items that are damaged by normal use (including being chewed and/ or scratched by your pet, submerged in water, snow, drool (it can happen!) or left out in the sun/heat) will not be eligible for return and cannot be exchanged for another product.

Please remember that each item is handmade by one of our artisans, so each item will have its own unique characteristics. An off-stitch, slight variation of placement of hardware, or anything that is not extremely noticeable does not qualify as a damaged item.

Final Sales 

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase that was made as a final sale item, we hope that you gift it or donate it!
